Kleins Catering - Bergen Party Rentals Bergen Party Rentals A 1/3 Non-Refundable Deposit is required to reserve equipment. Balance payable upon delivery of said equipment in CASH-CERTIFIED CHECK or CREDIT CARD. Cancellation for any reason will result in forfeit of deposit. Rentals are payable on merchandise for the period of time agreed to. Even if the merchandise is not kept for the duration agreed. If equipment is kept beyond the specified period an extended rental fee will apply. Revisions to contract are not guaranteed within 14 days of event. Any items deleted by customer within 7 days of event will be charged at 1/3 of rental rate. We regret any items deleted at time of delivery must be charged at full rate. No adjustments can be made for unused items for any reason. Customer is responsible to obtain any permits if required. Loss prices for damage or missing items will be quoted upon request. BERGEN PARTY RENTALS INC. is not liable for injuries or damage to persons or property caused by fire, lightning, wind, rain, weather of any kind, explosion, riot, insurrection, vandalism, sabbatoge, aircraft, war, flood, nuclear raditation, hostile or warlike action, any and all acts of god, and nature. BERGEN PARTY RENTALS INC is not
responsible for UNDERGROUND UTILITIES OR SPRIKLER SYSTEMS, or lawn
or plantings when installing tents or any rental item. (Dance floors
will probably yellow your lawn). There shall be no cooking under tents unless specified in contract as cook tent. All china, flatware,& glassware must be rinsed free of food (or a cleaning charge will be incurred). A Cleaning charge will apply to any items soiled by misuse (child party novelties ,chewing gum, footprints etc). All decorations from tents, tacks and staples from tables and or chairs must be removed. .(or a cleaning charge will be incurred). Any damage from decorating or altering equipment will be charged to restore equipment to its original condition when delivered. A major credit card or cash security deposit is required on most rental items. In the event a credit card is used, it is authorized by customer to charge any damage or missing amount to said credit card. A pre-authorization will be made for this purpose. Any claims on equipment, count, accuracy or condition must be made at time of delivery. In the event customer waives the right to personally accept delivery BERGEN PARTY RENTALS INC cannot be responsible for any of the aforementioned. BERGEN PARTY RENTALS INC. will answer to customer named in this contract. (not 3rd Parties). We reserve the right to refuse installation of certain products due to severe weather. ALL PURPOSE CANOPIES are not designed for heavy rain. In the event of heavy rain or wind we cannot guarantee installation of canopies to be secure. A service charge of 50.00 plus travel time will be incurred to re-install if required. DAMAGE WAIVER Damage waiver if desired must be ordered prior to delivery of equipment. Damage waiver covers broken items by normal use. Damage waiver or security deposit must be taken on all china & glassware orders. Damage waiver is not refundable. Security deposits are refundable less replacement cost of any damage or missing. Under certain circumstances at our discretion we may require both damage waiver and security. Damage waiver does not cover missing items . Damage waiver does not cover damage from misuse. Damage waiver does not cover tents when used for cooking purposes or any evidence of open flame.(including cook tents are not covered). Damage waiver claims must be accompanied by broken pieces or item will be considered missing and charged at replacement cost. Damage waiver insurance will be 10% of Total Bill unless otherwise indicated here. In the event damage waiver is declined, customer is responsible for all damage as well as missing items, and a security deposit will be required. All rentals are made based on the above conditions, to which the undersigned agrees and accepts. BERGEN PARTY RENTALS INC_________________________Date__________________ CATERING TERMS & CONDITIONS 1.A DEPOSIT OF 1/3 (33%)WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR CATERING DATE. An additional deposit of 33%
will be required 60 days prior to event. 2. This deposit shall be
non-refundable for any reason. If 7 days notice is provided we will forward your deposit toward a future. Date, provided we have availability for the new date. 3. Account customers will be billed for 1/3 of the total bill in the event the services are cancelled within 7 days of the event. If the event is cancelled on the day of delivery, the customer will be responsible for full payment. (If the event had been scheduled for delivery we will deliver to the charity of your choice, within the same delivery area as your scheduled delivery) 4. Final guaranteed count will be required 5 days prior to event. We regret (due to purchases made to properly service your event) we are unable to reduce this guarantee. We may be able to increase your count up to and including the date of the event. Increases of any rental items strictly based on availability. 5. Due to our commitment to you, we have invested considerable planning and preparation for your event, as well as rejected other orders to service your event. We must uphold these terms without exception. 6. We are not responsible for weather conditions! 7.Payment.We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, and cash. Personal checks will be accepted with credit card guarantee only. Company checks will we accepted if pre-approved. 8. For all service jobs a credit card will be required for incidentals, and overtime if needed. All incidentals and overtime will be charged to credit card on file. 9. A security deposit will be required for catering equipment such as coffee urns, chafers, china, flatware, glassware, or party rental items. Said security deposit will be refunded upon return to our facility. Customer will be held responsible for any equipment left in rental hall. Equipment will be the responsibility of the customer unless the event is staffed by our personnel from beginning to end. 10. Klein's Catering Service Inc. assumes no responsibility for liquor liability . It is our suggestion the homeowner shall add event insurance to his/her insurance policy. 11. In the event trash removal is required, an additional charge of 1.00 per person will be added to final invoice. 12. RAIN DATES - in the event you wish 2 dates to be reserved for you a service fee of 25% will apply. TENT DESCRIPTION ALL PURPOSE CANOPIES Available as self install or professionally installed. These are lightweight pole tents suitable for sunshade and light rain protection. Must be staked in all grass on all 4 sides. A proper canopy installation requires a minimum of 4 extra feet on each side of tent for staking. Ex: a 20 x 20 canopy will require a 28 x 28 area to fit properly. All purpose canopies DO NOT accept sidewalls, and are NOT SUITABLE for heavy rain or high wind conditions. ELITE POLE TENTS AND TRADITIONAL POLE TENTS Pole Tents are install by our crew only. Must be staked in all grass on all 4 sides. Pole tents require from 5'-8' of additional space for proper staking. These units are heavier weight than canopies and much stronger and more substantial looking. They have larger stakes, thicker poles, and heavier vinyl tops. Sidewalls are available with these units to protect from wind or rain. FIESTA FRAME TENTS Fiesta Frame Tents are the most versatile of all tents. They can be installed almost anywhere, grass, decks, patios, driveways, parking lots etc. These are free standing units which are built with heavy aluminum framework. They require a minimum of staking compared to pole tents and are free span. Which means they have no center poles. Sidewalls are available for extra protection from wind, rain, or cold. We install Fiesta frame tents all year and have heating units for winter parties.
